Pelo vigésimo terceiro ano consecutivo, os Screen Actors Guild Awards distinguiram algumas performances que estiveram em destaque, tanto no cinema como em televisão, ao longo de 2016.
A cerimónia, que teve lugar no dia 29 de Janeiro de 2017, realizou-se a partir do Shrine Auditorium em Los Angeles.
